The Sippin' Saddle's pride and joy is our renovated vintage horse trailer bar, expertly converted into a mobile cocktail catering service. Whenever and wherever 'Sadie' pulls up, you can count on a fantastic time. Our trailer is a fully functioning bar space, complete with beer taps and everything our event bartenders need to craft amazing cocktails for your guests. An added bonus is the picture wall, where you and your guests can take fun photos and share about your private event bartending experience. Why settle for a normal, boring bar setup when you can have the coolest mobile bar in town, perfect for weddings and other celebrations?

Just the Saddle: $14 per person
Service Only Package - If you're looking for professional bartending service at your venue or home, this package is perfect for you. We specialize in cocktail catering, offering beer, wine, and a selection of pre-batched specialty cocktails. Not sure what to order or how much? No worries! During our free consultation, our event bartenders will help you determine the exact quantities based on your guest count and preferences. **Minimum $500 to book**
NO HORSE TRAILER INCLUDED. The venue must provide adequate bar space, or we can bring our portable bar and tables for an additional charge.
**** This package price is for private event bartending for parties of up to 75 people. Parties larger than 75 will require an additional bartender at an extra charge of $80 per hour.
We will provide one bartender for 4 hours, along with a custom bar menu, disposable cups, napkins, straws, garnishes, mixers, ice, coolers, and all the necessary mixology tools. Consultation included.
45 minutes of travel time is included in the price. Venues located more than 45 minutes from Santa Fe will incur an additional charge based on mileage, which will be discussed during the consultation.
The Filly: $18 per person
The Basics Package - If you are in need of private event bartending services for beer, wine, and a selection of pre-batched specialty cocktails (like a Margarita or Espresso martini), then this cocktail catering package is perfect for your event. We will assist you in determining your specialty cocktail menu and help calculate the amount of beer, wine, and liquor you need to purchase. **minimum $1000 booking**
**** This package price is designed for parties of up to 75 people. For larger gatherings, an additional bartender will be required at $80 per hour.

Enjoy specialty or craft cocktails like martinis, palomas, mojitos, or an old fashioned, all crafted by our skilled event bartenders. This package includes drinks that require muddling or shaking, as well as rimmed options. Additionally, we offer service of beer, wine, pre-batched drinks (3), and up to 4 unique craft-cocktail recipes. Unsure about which drinks to select? During our free consultation, we can design a custom drink menu that will impress all your guests.

**** This package caters to parties of up to 75 people. For larger gatherings exceeding 75 guests, additional private event bartending will be available at a cost of $80 per hour per bartender.

For a refreshing touch, we offer a non-alcoholic beverage station, providing water, lemonade, and iced tea for your guests at just $5 per person. We also provide a portable wood bar and tables, perfect for your event space or venue, for $100. Elevate your celebration with our stunning champagne wall, a custom-made backdrop ideal for your first toast, available for $100. Additionally, our concierge service can handle the logistics of ordering alcohol for your private event bartending needs, including pickup and delivery to your event for a fee of $200 (alcohol and service fee must be paid upfront). Whether you're planning a wedding or any special occasion, our vintage horse trailer bar can add a unique touch to your event.
Alcohol is not included in any of our cocktail catering service packages. However, our event bartenders will assist you in determining the types and quantities of alcohol to purchase for your private event bartending needs, including options for a vintage horse trailer bar or a dedicated wedding bartender.
